I'm thinking a resource mailbox might work best for this scenario, or even a public folder calendar, but I'd like to see what my options are with the existing setup before we make any major changes. Is there a way to automatically push JUST the calendar of a shared mailbox to the users Outlook/OWA that have permission to the calendar, or do they need to open the calendar manually? Is there maybe a GPO script that will do this? I know that -AutoMapping $True will push a shared mailbox (and it's calendar) to the Outlook profile of a user who is given Full Access permission, but I don't think it works this way with just a shared calendar, and it's probably not a good idea to give multiple users full access to that shared mailbox. He'd like the calendar to just magically appear in their Outlook client and OWA. Share them with others and work together at the same time. Save documents, workbooks, and presentations online, in OneDrive. The members of the security groups are able to open the calendar manually through Outlook/OWA, but our client doesn't want his users to do this. Collaborate for free with online versions of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote. He has granted a few security groups permission to its calendar. One of my clients has a company-wide calendar that lives in a shared mailbox.
